On the 1st floor the hotel has 3 conference rooms and a banquet lobby with 336 sqm in total up to 150 people. In the 9th floor is the fitness area with beautiful sun terrace, sauna and solarium. Julian's bar & restaurant is on the ground floor and has place for 120 people.
